When your men came out to measure our existing counter top, we told them we wanted an "Exact Replica" of existing island counter top. What they delivered didn't match at all. They took our old counter top for the island back with them so they could modify to match existiing. That was good except when we went to pipe up the sink, we discovered the bar sink was set back 5-1/8" from the front edge instead of 2-1/8" as the existing was. This required more plumbing changes and we lost 3" of counter space in front of the sink.

Installers were very courteous and efficient and helpful but the person who came out to measure was rude and curt and obviously didn't know how to measure or make a template because he never tried. Otherwise the counter looks beautiful.
