Paid for tile and installation in September 2008, was installed incorrectly. Have tried over and over to get Kim to come out and look at the workmanship of her employees. She tells me she is coming, she never does. I call back. She tells me she will send her husband out, he never shows up. I call back to the store again today, February 23, 2008, to inquire on her intentions to do this job correctly. No response. I paid, in full, prior to installtion. She and her staff seems like nice people, but their workmanship has less to be desired. I think it is awful that she will not even followup to see the jobs her employees are doing for her. It seems with her name on the line, she would do different. I guess my $832.57 hallway job was too small for her to ensure quality work. I am in the process of remodeling my home and rest assure, Kim's Floor Decor will not get the opportunity to come back out! I can't afford to pay for a job to be done and then the contractor not follow through. I have reported this incident to the Better Business Burea and if it cannot be resolved, we will let a judge decide what should be done.
