Reviews  By Mary S from Madison, WI Posted Apr 16, 2010 I work at a non-profit organization. We were given a grant to have the kitchen remodeled. The counter tops themselves are fine HOWEVER the install was terrible. Within the 1st years we had to call Topwrights several times to have them reinstall the back splashes, address seperating seams, and refill missed or poorly applied silicon. WHEN they returned a call they would quickly send someone out however it was never the person they initially had do the istallation. With so many issues why wouldn't you? We were told repeatedly that it was a building settling issue however the building is 40 years old and has never had similar issues with the previous set of counters. For what was paid, it was NOT good or fair service. Their follow-up and resolution to the issues was poor as well. I will NOT recommend and will NEVER use again!
