They arrived on time, got right to work, and did an excellent job. When my mother changed her mind about having a backsplash, they offered to remove it without any complaint. After drillilng a hole for a soap dispenser which we hadn't asked them to do, they even went out and purchased the dispenser, installed it, and refused to let us reimburse them.
